How to get involved
Reach out via the website
01
Get in touch using our enquiry form. We’ll follow up by phone or email (whichever you’ve requested) to set up a chat.
This is to learn about your child - their support needs, as well as their strengths, likes, and personality. This helps us match you to a group.
In the same call, we’ll explain our service in greater detail and answer any questions you might have. These calls take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes. They are free of charge.
02
We’ll call you for a discussion
Attend a trial session
03
Before committing to a term, we invite all new starters to do a trial (billable). This provides a low pressure way to test out the experience.
04
We follow up to see how it went
In the week after your trial session, we’ll give you a call to see how it went. If your child is keen to continue, we move on to enrollment. (Or sometimes, if it’s clearly a good fit, parents will skip this step and enroll straight away.)
05
Together we enroll your child
Enrollment is straightforward - we send you an Intake Form and a Service Agreement to complete. They’re designed to be as painless as possible, we promise!
Saturday Club is a term-based service, meaning places are booked for a term at a time. Occasionally, we can accommodate “half term” places, where two families share a spot and attend on alternating weekends.
Optional baseline assessment
06
We encourage families to consider a baseline assessment of social functioning at the time of enrollment (billable). Apart from being clinically useful, this provides valuable evidence when undergoing NDIS plan reviews.
Each holidays, we check in
07
Once you’re enrolled, the spot is yours for as long as you’d like it. We check in with you about your plans at the end of every term. Most families attend for between two and four terms. Some stay for much longer.
